I was with localnet.com and they continued charging me for service as I had canceled them by phone. I wanted my 9.95 back for the month I wasnt going to use it but they said they dont give refunds. Then I told them I wont be using there service. I stopped it then.in the mean time my funds at the bank the number had changed because I recieved a new card. So then they wait 3 more months and sent me a letter. (Never did I recieve anything by way of my internet address as it is still) I have never hid anything from them or ask them for nothing and payment fell on time every month. June 23 Commercial Claim Arising out of a Consumer Tranaction DEMAND LETTER Account # 588101 what they say I owe... $50.85 and I do not owe them a dime if anything they owe me $9.95 for the month I paid them in may and did not use the whole month.
