I had the Kapersky Internet Security 2010 software installed by the Geek Squad when they tuned up my Dell Dimension 8200 computer, running Microsoft Windows XP two weeks ago.
I filed an on-line help request with Kapersky stating: "I accidentally hit the button that placed my Microsoft Word program into your "untrusted" site file. Now I can't open any microsoft Word documents nor the word program when the Kaspersky program is running. How do I get my Microsoft Word program and documents out of the "untrusted" and into the"trusted" category? I've attached a copy of the "detailed event report" form from your program."
Kapersky Support USA e-mailed me a file number; CAS-472897-0BDH5K - Changing Settings 2010 CRM: 01436276 and along list of solutions to problems totally unrelated to mine. I replied to the e-mail asking again for help and never heard back.
I made multiple calls to the Kapersky customer support department, but remained on hold for 20 minutes, then was disconnected, each of the four times I called the number provided on their website.
