Not able to speak to a person to dispute charges

I'm attempting to contact United Online Collections Department to challenge the cost of $29.90 for NetZero providers. I've not employed NetZero in decades, I've no method to contact NetZero without having placing a User-Name and code, I actually donot have each one.in contacting United Online Collections Department, whatever you get is just a telephone communication declaring to deliver the cash or deliver a notice to challenge costs. I want assist in solving this problem, I don't need this to take to my credit rating
