They tool money out of my account and i did not sign up for it it has came out since feb. And the bank has denied my dispute so i have lost 35.95 dollars a mont since feb

The corporation continues to be getting out 35.95 bucks per month since february. I just observed the costs once they began to over-draft my bill. I've dispited the costs using the lender however the have refused the challenge. There informing me I want a police statement. How will you obtain a police statement for somebody without any tackle or telephone number.
