Privacy Matters 1-2-3
Identity theft web site stealing your money! Puyallup

So for almost a year now I have been getting 4 charges a month on my bank account. 1) 29.95 to privacy matters 2) privacy matters 1-2-3 and then an additional 1.00 charge for each of those.

The reason I haven't noticed these charges was because for the last year and a half, up until about there months ago, me and my roommate couldn't afford Internet.

So checking my account online wasn't an option so i would just call over the phone and check my balance, along with paying credit card bills rent and car payments it never really occurred to me that 62.00 went missing every month.

Well about 3 or four months ago I moved back home where I now have Internet. And I Noticed the 4 charges every month and just in the last couple months it overdrew my account twice. And that's when I finally noticed these charges.

Total charges from privacy matters and privacy matters 1-2-3 is 749.80 plus 4 overdraft charges directly from them which is 136.00 not including times where they took out money and it came out but then me not realizing that 70.00 i thought was in there was gone and got an overdraft charge.

I called the numbers attached the the charges but it was just a recording telling me to go online and of course I did and when I typed in my e-mail address it said they found my member profile. They sent me my passwords and canceled both of the accounts.

I haven't called my bank yet because I didn't think there was anything they could do. But now i think I'm going to and have them file a report.

But does anyone know if there is anyway to get my money back? I lost almost 900.00 and that's a lot for me. But I'm scared that its been so long and that it went on for so long I wont ever see my money again.
