No refund for failed ink cartridges

I have a dispute with ink4ever.com. They refuse to refund FOR SEVERAL failed carts. I sent them back at my own expense, they wanted to test them before exchanged them. THEY WOULD NOT REPLY so iIasked for a refund but no reply.

I had BBB to help me out, but they didn't get a reply either.

I'm still looking for some help on this dispute.
