I ordered ink for my Lexmark printer on April 10th. Called the company 2 weeks later and they told me the ink was sent out that day (BS). The customer service rep assured me that i would receive it the following Friday. Its now 2 weeks later and i still have not received the ink. I have tried calling and emailing them numerous times!
