What a SHAM! No supervisor available to speak to?

Isn't this against the law? They advertise that they will send you (which I interpret as MAIL to me) "information" regarding this "potential" for a discounted price of $2.97 -then what they really do is send you an e-mail and down at the very bottom they tell
