ICM WEBSITES LAKE FOREST, Internet Cash Machine i never knew about the additional charges. Even when I talked to customer service it was never mentioned

I tried to find out information concerning this company before I registered with them. I couldn't find anything. I never saw the information that there is an additional charge. I have never received my packet in the mail.
Customer service contacted me to see if I needed help getting started. She only mentioned the one time fee of $2.98.
I feel very stupid and want my money back and also try to help stop this type of scam!
