Refused to debit my checking account $139.95, which I did not authorize them to withdraw

I sent off for free information about helping companies place things on their websites in the convience of your own home on your own time, except for the $2.97 shipping and handling fee. I never received any information from this company and in addition to this they charged my bank account $139.95 which I did not authorize. I contacted them today and the girl was extremely rude, kept interrupting me, refused to cancel and credit my account, and hung up on me. I called back and I spoke to a different girl who again was rude and would not listen and refused to credit my account. I have contacted my bank for this unauthorized charge and I have filed a complaint with my state's attorney general's office.
