I felt $19.95 was a fair price to download DVD's. The displayed reviews showed individuals saying that the cost was less than a video price if bought in the store. I looked at the cost of $19.95 twice before hitting the submit button after putting credit card information in. (This was supposedly a special deal thru tomorrow with lines drawn thru the original prices). Then it pulled up a receipt page saying they were going to charge my credit card $99.84. Then it says to cancel your account you have to write to them; however, they conveniently don't give an address and they state they do not accept e-mails. I have canceled my card, and have sent two e-mails to customer support and two to the billing company, telling them not to bill my account. How can companies get away with theft like this?
