I originally bought a copy of NoAdaware's product about a year ago and was pleased with the application. A year later they informed me that an automatic subscription renewal would be occuring soon. I emailed back telling them not to resubscribe me.
The company eventually did cancel my subscription, but not until they had charged me for another annual membership. I have the email cancelation in my Sent messages still and it was sent on 4/30/10. My card was charged on 5/4/10 and then the company informed me the cancelation was conducted on 5/5/10.
Not only did they charge me when I told them not to, but my bank charged me a substantial overdraft fee as there were insufficient funds to deal with the unexpected transaction.
Please help! The company will not supply phone numbers to contact them and email has proven useless. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
