I followed all of the steps, and provided all of the information requested from their website to locate the proper DVD drive for 5 HP laptops. There were 10 different drives listed for my model (s). I ordered 5 of what could be determined to be the correct drives. When I received the DVD drives and compared them to one out of my machine they were not the same. I contacted the company immediately, and after sending pictures of the DVD's received, and the DVD drives I needed, it was determined by a UCR representative that the correct drives I needed were not even listed as one of the 10 for my model of machine. Not one number on the drive from my machine matched any of the numbers on their replacement drives. When I entered any of the numbers on my drive into the website I found no matches. When I questioned the company, their reply was that I needed to search by the HP replacement part number only.
