Interactive Audiotext Services is a "company" that supposively handles accounts for many different companies including J.P. Media. They are a support line for J P Media but give no support. They just tell you that they can't access your records yet & tell you to give them a call back in a couple of days.
When you ask for a manager they say that they are. Apparently everyone there is a manager but none of them know their ass from a hole in the ground. They don't even know how to get a hold of a company that they work for. Hmmm, sounds a little fishy! I think it is! And when you tell them you want to speak to the head person they call you an "asshole" or they just hang up on you.
WHAT HAPPENED to the days of the customer is always right!!! OR customer service meant you were supposed to help the customer even if I didn't authorize to be one? They are a member of the Better Business Bureau but I think they fit here much better!
