Jp Media
LTD The biggest scam worldwide!

You guys claim to be this and that. All of you seem to have are nothing but pieces of facts. But you all are mis-lead. Everyone single report has some truth into it but not all there. The problem is this you morons that got ripped off every single one of you have the internet every single one of you are so damn stupid because you dont notice that someone not "JP MEDIA" or a stupid customer service rep but someone else a LIVE PERSON has your credit card number and other types of information!!!

I got ripped off but not by JP MEDIA by the stupid kid next door who used my fricken credit number when he was playing with my son in his room. Your all blind! Someone you know has your information and purchased crap from JP MEDIA. Where are JP MEDIA web sites I dont know "nobody knows" but it seems any site has to do with JP MEDIA falls into from Cruises to Medicine to Insurance to Phone Entertainment/Phone Sex lines to stupid membersips of f*ken coupons.

Stop blaming the company and blame yourselfs I also agree I feel like they did rip me off. But JP MEDIA cant just pick out credit card numbers and charge people you need more information I work for a bank ("BankOne") and I know that you need the Expiration Dates as well CVV2 number in some cases as well as an address. If you guys were smart you would know this. Now here is all the information you need there fricken WEB SITE!!! Www.jpmedialtd.com stop blaming everyone but yourselfs!!!

JP MEDIA only sounds bad because the reps at InteractiveAudiosText dont know what the hell there talking about because they dont have any information whats so ever.

That is my Two Cents

Interactive Audiotext Services is a "company" that supposively handles accounts for many different companies including J.P. Media. They are a support line for J P Media but give no support. They just tell you that they can't access your records yet & tell you to give them a call back in a couple of days.

When you ask for a manager they say that they are. Apparently everyone there is a manager but none of them know their *ss from a hole in the ground. They don't even know how to get a hold of a company that they work for. Hmmm, sounds a little fishy! I think it is! And when you tell them you want to speak to the head person they call you an "*sshole" or they just hang up on you.

WHAT HAPPENED to the days of the customer is always right!!! OR customer service meant you were supposed to help the customer even if I didn't authorize to be one? They are a member of the Better Business Bureau but I think they fit here much better!

Today was supposed to be the day that they finally gave me my information on who stole my money, what I supposively purchased, ect.instead I was told to CALL BACK in a day or 2.

I did finally find John an employee who actually sounds like he does care! No he wasn't able to give me info but I gave him some! I shared with him that not only did I file a complaint here, but that I had found someone else did too.

In August of discovered a charge on my Acct, under the listing Ruby S. When I called the 800 # on the credit card bill, they advised they were a 3rd party billing company and said the item was an 'adult toy'. I disputed the purchase and thought it was a typo on account number or some such.

Today my credit card company contacted me regarding suspicious activity. JP Media Ventures had billed $149, and Interactive Adiotext was $5 (I think). They suggested I replace the card. I mentioned the August billing and they advised that all 3 companies and/or transactions appeared to be generated in the United Kingdom. So I suspect that the information (stolen credit card #s) are being passed on to others.

I did not try to research or contact any of these companies since my credit card company was not expecting me to pay the charges.

Good luck to other victims!

I am a fraud investigator with the Wake County Sheriff's Office in Raleigh, NC working a case where a citizen had their debit card number used to the benefit of JP Media. JP Media uses a company called Interactive Audio Text Services as their 'customer service' contractor.

Interactive Audio Text Services reps told me they are based in California but had no information, or claimed to have no information on JP Media other than that they are one of their customers. The rep told me that JP Media is "pretty versatile" in their line of products, including vacations, dating services, and vitamins.

Went to withdraw money from a checking account for my wife's weekend trip. The bank informed me that there were not enough funds in the account. I had the teller print out a quick statement of the last two days and found that JP Media had debited my account $249.95.

I immediately went home and called the number that was listed on my statement beside JP Media's name and talked to a Rep from Interactive Audio Text Services. I informed them of the charge and they said they would credit my account and that it would take 10 - 15 days. I tried pressuring the rep for information about JP Media but all they would tell me is that they handled mostly cruises and pharmacuticals.

I then filed a despute with my bank after which they deposited the desputed amount back into my account. I have not figured out how JP Media got my account number. I deal with respectable businesses when shopping on line. Or at least I thought that was the case. THE END!!! Not Quite. Let this be a warning to JP Media that they will be found.

J P Media did an unauthorized credit card withdraw from my checking account. I have no clue where they got it from & have found no way to reach this company.

They do have a support line provided by idiots! The support line is Interactive Audiotext Services. People who can't give me any information for at least 3 business days & who knows what excuse they'll give next when I ask where my money is. One man claiming he was the manager called me an *sshole. Next man hung up on me.

I haven't been able to find where this company is. My bank tells me Delaware. The support line tells me the U.K. & The website says Nevada. Oh & the support line is out of California.

THEY ARE THEIVES! $299. Gone without a trace!
