On Tuesday, May 27, I FedEx Scott Reinhart an $1800 check to C/O Superior Woodcrafts, 65613 County Road 43, Millesburg, ID 46543. I have a copy of the cashed check and FedEx receipt. Heard nothing from him, and sent him an e-mail on August, 29, where I was asking for a delivery date, and explained that I only wanted an approximate date and was flexible. I forwarded the same e-mail on September 2, since his answering machine was not accepting messages.
Finally, I caught him via his phone on Thursday, September 4, and he promised to send me the stain samples and call me back with the delivery date. On 9/8/03, I sent him another e-mail reprimanding him for not sending me the stain samples or delivery date. He e-mailed me back on September 08, apologized, and sent me the stains.in response, I sent him an e-mail selecting my stain and requesting the delivery date again on September 16. Did not hear from him and sent him another e-mail on Monday, October 6, which said, "On Monday, September 29, I left you a phone message urging you to me call, and let me know what is going on with my order. To my knowledge I have not heard from you to date, and we are entering the 17th week since you deposited and cashed my check of $1800. Just in case there is a really good reason, why you are doing this, I will not contact the State and Federal authorities until Friday.
I believe in giving everyone an opportunity to explain themselves or the challenges their facing. To avoid any further hardship to either of us, just send me my money. Honest Engine. END QUOTE.
To date, he has not contacted me, you can't leave messages. So, I decided to send him a certified letter, which I have a confirmation receipt.
The final letter states:

Dear Mr. Reinhardt:
In a last effort, I am forwarding this certified letter to you in a last attempt to communicate with you. I have attached my most recent e-mails, and suggest that you contact me immediately.
Also, I can no longer leave you any voice message, because you answering machine is full for almost two weeks, which is when I last left you a voice message concerning this matter. You are now entering your 18th week with my money, which you stated would only take a little more than 3 weeks, and you have failed to properly follow-up on your promises, and have complete exhausted my patience as a consumer.
If I do not hear from you soon, I will have to assume that you do not care to, and/or this is a criminal act of some kind. I will then report you to the proper authorities.
Just send me my $1,800.00 back, and that is all.
