I puchased a Chatspace chat server from Stelivo and had many many problems with hackers and their botnets. Many many times my chat was taken down by these botnets. I changed servers to waht was suppose to be a more secure server and we had the same problem. I had mIRC accessed blocked. For fear of being hacked not to many chatters would come to my server and I was paying a large amount monthly for a more secure server. I chnaged to a smaller server and Oliver Cozzi told me he still had the database for my older server and he would just install that. He did not block mIRC and my server was hacked. All the admin names were taken over. I was told by a person who used to work for him, that Oliver Cozzi's M.O. Is to have these people take over sites to force them to be hosted by Cozzi's company. I have proof of those conversations. I wanted a refund for the new server and Cozzi told me he has a no refund policy. I live in California and we have a 3 day right to resend. He still refused. The transaction has not even processed through my bank at this moment. I contacted paypal where the transaction was made and they told me they only handle transaction made on ebay and they don't get involved in other transactions.
I could NOT find that on their site anywhere. I have proof of everything I am saying. It's all logged. I confronted Mr. Cozzi about the fact that they try to force people to be hosted with them and told him that was extortion and he refused to answer me. I know several other people who have the same problem and because of the botnets business have been taken down and unable to function. Securewebs is one of them and Chat-Web.com is another. I am in the process of starting a new business and I fear for my website. Cozzi tried to get me to let him host it. My new business was the main reason I opened a chat site so that my associates could communicate. This is a ruthless company. There is no way that anyone can get admin nick passes unless given to them from the host which is Stelivo. I feel he was trying to force me to pay more once again for mIRC blocking. The FBI has been contacted several times and they have done nothing about the botnets or the hackers.
