Comcast is BULLSHIT!!! Comcast company took monies from my account two weeks early and caused my account to bounce and is not refunding the money on behalf of THEIR MISTAKE! Also double charged a install fee of 39.99 and lied and said that we had 5 jacks hooked up when we only had 2. Then had a technician come out to not confirm that there was only 2 but to add the other 3 that they overcharged us for and on top of all that BULLSHIT, they then 6 days later took another 116.00 dollar payment out of my account after i had canceled my automatic withdrawl. I have been charged a total amount of 431.00 in a month period and what kind of compliance have i gotten? Being put on hold for long periods of time and bullshit on how i will be credited, excuse me?!!! I want the 140.00 dollars put back into my account from the first withdrawal and the refunded amount from the double installation and always my 116.00 charge that was taken out illegally and then i want COMCAST TO SHOVE THEIR DIS-HONEST company and their bullshit up their ASS! I will encourage each and every person i know to DROP COMCAST and will never give COMCAST another cent of my hard earned money! THIEVES and DIS-HONEST should be the company name!!!
