Paid for nearly $3000 for a king bedroom set, Roman Empire Collection II, with all furnihsings in March of last year, he promised 4-6 weeks delivery. At 6 weeks I called he said there were manufacturer defect and to hold for a month for reshipment. This carried on for another 3 months until he offered a similar set through Best Master Enterprises, offering to comp a 200 dollar difference. FYI the roman set he said he could not sell due to defects is still on the website if you check. I agreed and the furniture delivery attempt was made in August of 5 months after I ordered I placed original order. The furniture arrived un-palletized and destroyed. I attempted to call to inform him and got no response for 3 days, he would not answer his cell, 951-217-8686, or the main site number, messages left on both. The driver from RLC Carriers agreed I needed to refuse the load of broken furniture, so i did.
