Cheated me out of more than $300 on an order, then made it impossible to install the product

After trying out Filemaker's software product, I decided to buy it. I called and gave my credit card information.
The company acknowledged the order and sent instructions for downloading, including a license key number. I went through the download procedure, then started the installation process. When I entered the necessary license key number, the system refused to accept it.
