After downloading TaxCut software (both Federal and State) I find I have been charged $4.99 for "Download Backup Service" — after specifically unchecking this option before downloading. Supposedly this gives me protection to download the software again for several months. What a load of Bull. If I own the software license — I own the software license! I cannot believe this is even legal.
I cannot find the appropriate place to complain on their Website. Read my other complaints about the software and I recommend you stay away from this once honorable company.
