I recently purchased one of WCCL's many products: BestAnonymousBrowser.com. I was very excited about all of the claims the product made, as it sounded like exactly the kind of software my business was looking for. I should have known better when I couldn't find any business contact info or guarantee information on their website, but then I discovered their END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT during the check-out process and was reassured by the following sections:

7 refund policy
7.1 If the SOFTWARE fails to operate or install
on the LICENSEE's COMPUTER due solely to an error or
defect in the SOFTWARE, the SOFTWARE PROVIDER will
exchange the SOFTWARE or refund the LICENCE FEE paid by
the LICENSEE.
7.2 The SOFTWARE PROVIDER may, in its absolute
discretion, provide a refund of the LICENCE FEE paid by
the LICENSEE, if the LICENSEE is dissatisfied with the
the SOFTWARE, provided the LICENSEE returns or
alternatively destroys the SOFTWARE.
Unfortunately, this software would not install on my system, let alone operate as advertised. When I did finally get it to run, it caused my anti-virus software to go crazy with warnings, and still would not run as promised! It was clearly not as advertised, so I immediately deleted/destroyed the downloaded software, and contacted the company for a refund.
I've gone back and forth with their "MyHelpHub.com" help desk 7 times now, calmly explaining each time that I am 100% dissatisfied with the product and have destroyed/deleted it from my system and want a refund, only to be firmly told over and over again that they do not offer any refunds for any reason.
Their credit card processor, SWREG, has not returned or acknowledged any of my complaints, so I've been forced to pursue the matter directly with my credit card issuer. What a nightmare!
I strongly recommend avoiding this company and their products!
