I thought it was an honest mistake, but Vick wouldn't respond to my support ticket to refund me when I was double charged. First support ticket got deleted, then the 2nd support ticket caused my back office to shut down and access to the school I had already paid for to be made unavailable to me. If the back office is shut down then I have no way to cancel my membership or no way to stop the monthly charges from coming out of my bank account in the future. It started out to be a good school, but then the support disappeared and the $67.00 per month continued to be taken out of my account. I am out $67.00 x 2 = $134.00 plus the many months of paying into what I thought would be a good business investment and plus the time it will take to get the bank straigtened out, etc. The school has been on hold for a few months, but I was willing to wait for Vick to pull it back together until he stopped the support to his member (s). Other members complained of not getting paid their due commissions.
