At&t overcharges me montly once again _ rips me off just like they did on home phone

AT&T Internet Services are ripping me off once again just as they did on home phone service when I had them in the past. I got service on Jan 20 and had to call several times because my internet kept bumping me off. Only after repeated calls for over a month and telling me that something was wrong with my computer not their service and giving me a telephone number where I was going to have to PAY for technical support, did they send out a technician who finally fixed the problem. They never bothered to tell me that the modem I bought when I had their service in the past would also work when I connected the new service. So now I have to send the new modem back... I can use that $75 better than they can.
Now, they told me that my service would be $24 a month. They overbilled me for the rest of Jan at TWICE THAT AMOUNT. When I got the Feb bill where they overbilled me again I emailed them and got NO RESPONSE. Then I called them and the rep agreed that they had quoted me a price of $24 and that they would make an adjustment on the March bill. And they did, giving me credit for the overcharge the first two months but NOW THEY HAVE AGAIN OVERCHARGED ME FOR MARCH AT TWICE THE AGREED ON QUOTED RATE!!! I do not have the time to continue calling a company that is far too ignorant to correctly bill their customers and whose accounting and billing SUCKS!!! NEVER deal with this company if you have other options; I live in a rural area and have very few; that is the only reason I have chosen to deal with them again.
