Last month i was billed for a domain i had canceled, after 5 or 6 promises that i would have a credit to my account, this never happened. They waited till another domain came up for renewal and put the credit on there instead of how they promissed and when they promissed. Another domain i had canceled came up for renewal and guess what... They billed me again and again they want to wait for ever to give me my money back. They stole from me. They cant fix there billing system and no one cares one bit. Stay away from 1and1.com i will be moving all my domains away from them when they come up for renewal. This is a rip off and they dont care they are doing it.
