On July 5 I purchased an online game called World Class Solitaire and paid Bibit Global 19.95. I was given a code to release playing rights. It worked for awhile but now when I load the game I get error messages. When I contacted Oberon they have no record of my payment therefor cannot track my order and restore my rights to play. I will need to re-purchase the game. This is not fair. What happened to my first payment? I feel this company scammed me, took my money, and disappeared. Please help me resolve this issue.
