I was contacted by a person named Josha Robinson in reference to a query I had sent about a home based business. He took some information from me and referred me to his boss a Mr. Ryan Madson who said for $3000 which I could charge to my credit card they would guarantee a return of the initial investment prior to the due date of payment on the credit card. My credit card information was taken by someone named Stephanie and she stated that I had 72 hours to change my mind. After researching the information provided, I decided to cancel the service. I called and only got Josha Robinson's voice mail and I left him a message stating I would like to cancel the service. He never returned my call. I then left Mr. Madson the same message. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and are waiting the 30 days they stated the merchant has to refund the amount.
I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Utah Attorney General and Texas Attorney General. I have had no contact with the company by phone or email since my request to cancel.
