No luck in trying to download this product - Not user friendly

Saw an ad on tv for pc cleaner - Site went to regcure. Purchased the item, paid for it through safecart and paypal account. Had a problem trying to download the product, Wasnt user friendy. OrderID. Is-ptlc-U 110210-88ZKP— Got no help from any cust support or help desk - The regcure# 33003-44820-84b42-cc78d - Sent message to [email protected]— no responce - Since u do transactions for software, I would like a complete refund through my paypall account, under jackk401- If u care to contact me through e mail or home phone, which is 401-351-4121 I wait for your reply - I got no responce from your phone - 877-370-9229- Thanks—REFUND - ($39.94)
