I terminated my HughesNet on 1/7/10 because of the high cost for basically nothing and broadband was finally available to my rural region. They offered me four weeks liberated to make certain I had been pleased with broadband, and explained to call-back prior to the a month was up. I called in 14 days plus they informed me they'd no account for me personally: not by title, not by telephone number, not by tackle - no-account. And so I told them to be certain they didn't reestablish my account and cost me, and also the low-US individual about the telephone stated "nicely there's no-account". Obviously, in 2 more months, they charged my charge card! I called again - this time around these were ready to create me right up - incredible! They contended with me and held me on-hold for 48 units! They declined to pay the whole quantity, declined to stop the support before the following month, after which begged me to stay a person - truly!?!?! Ultimately got them to pay all-but about $5 that will be however absurd being that they are those who screwed-up. I submitted a problem with my charge card organization, therefore we will notice.
