Desired to obtain Picaso. After I was attached to the website, I had been informed there will be a download cost of Around $11. I offered info and posted my request a download. The download didn't happen. I subsequently visited internet, picaso and saved this program at no cost. Today my charge card continues to be billed for $81 bucks. I'd prefer to contact them to obtain a return.
The card shouldn't have now been billed until following the download was total.
