Movies on DVD aka [email protected] Took 55.82 off of my credit card after e-mailing me receipt for 39.90 and cannot view any of the movies they have listed

I found a site where you could legally download movies.
Boy was that the furthest thing from the truth.
I got an e-mail that stated they took 39.90 for my premium subscription. I verified that with my credit card statement.
My credit card statement says 85.82.
I told them I was filing charges on the for fraud yet they decided not to give me back the money. My credit card peeps said that there is nothing they can do.
Needless to say I have the police on the way over here as we speak.
