So i spent this afternoon trying to contact when i came across the consumer complaints website. As it turns out i wasn't the only victim in this "buy the complete series on dvd for a cheap price" sale. This is the first time i was scammed on the internet. I also received a letter stating that the order was processed and should be received no later than january 4. As of the 15th, i have squat and no one has responded to my emails. I was going to return the dvd equalizer set season one back for a credit. I might as well keep it now. Luckily, my cc company gave me an immediate refund. I knew something was wrong when i could not access the website anymore. Caveat empor!
