I ordered the "complete set" of WKRP in Cincinnati on December 17. I recieved an e-mail confirmation on December 18th stating "your item (s) will be shipped and you can expect them in 8-12 business days". I received the package today, January 6. It had been shipped on December 28, around the time I should have recieved it according to their confirmation.
The "complete set" consists of 12 DVD's in a shoddy looking plastic box with a copied cover from... Something, maybe one show, because it states 30 minute run time. I tried out the DVD's. The menus are pretty basic but not all the episodes can be opened from the menu. Some of the DVD's won't run at all, and one shows an error when I put it in my home theater system.
This set is most likely copied using someone's VCR copies, and then burned onto a DVD. I wish I had done the research before, because some of the titles this company offers on their website have not even been released on DVD yet. I found the company because it was a "sponsored link" on a well known, reputable site.
In summary, save your money and DO NOT order from this company. I am currently attempting to get a refund and will be reporting them to my credit card company.
