I ordered a DVD boxed set of Carol Burnett and friends for my father for Christmas. I have yet to receive the package, there has no response to repeated e-mails

I ordered a Carol Burnett boxed DVD set for my father for Christmas. I have sent repeated emails to the company and to the individual who sent me the "order successfully processed" e-mail. His e-mail is anthony. [email protected]; at least that's what my e-mail said. I have already contacted my bank to file a report and hopefully get my money back.
