This company guaranties money back if not satisfied but they do not mention that they will keep part of it or the conditions under which they will give a partial refund. They also do not say at the time of purchase that they will charge your account for the full year instead of the monthly fee.
They tried charging my account, and I did not have the money they failed to charge my card, they told me to call back to customer service when I had the money. When I called to check and see if they could do something for me and individual who called himself George told me we just sent it today and your card has been charged $98.90 dollars, they charged $9.95 alone for shipping and handling for an envelope that only requires about maybe $2.00 worth of postage. Their website is very shady not very much information is in it.
It takes about 20 minutes to get a hold of anybody when you call customer service. And I did find out about their requirements for a refund until they sent me their so-called package. These people need to be stopped, the Penny Saver publication should know about this con artists and stop running their ads.
