I won a bid on an e-bay auction for a 42" plasma tv, the seller asked for either a personal check or money order so I send him my check for $2886.00. He cashed the check on May 19 and kept e-mailing back that he will sent out the tv but up until today I have not receive the tv yet plus he just never answer my mail anymore and I also tried calling him but no response.
I work so hard for that kind of money, I just want my money back plus I have a nine monthes pregnant wife with a newborn coming in two weeks. I just want a happiness in my family, me and my wife was so exiced about the tv that is a welcome gift for our soon to be baby. Please help us, if we don't get our money back at least don't let the scam dirt bag get away too easy, he could be doing this to other people and bad person like him don't deserve to be walking on the street using other people's money with no guilt.
