I ordered a laptop screen on their website. The one they sent me was defective and was the wrong style. It had no mounting tabs like the one I needed. They said I should remove the mounting tabs from the old screen and transfer them to new screen. I had to take pictures of their defective screen to prove to them it was the wrong screen. Finally after threatening then with a report to the NY Attorney General Office, they sent me an RMA number. My bank will also try to recover funds. Let us see how long it takes to get my money back. I have returned the screen via USPS Signature Confirmation Receipt.
