After two years of service my phone did not work. The Phone Power kept telling me that it was some other problem. I ended up spending money on items I did not needed. After three weeks without phone servise, the company sent me a new part that was needed to fix the problem. The new part was Phone Power company part and they had an old version before which cased the problem.
As I was frustrated with the lack of customer support, I switched to another phone company (Thank God we live in American and have selections), Phone power wanted their part back. I had to mail them back their part with my money.
By mistake I mailed the wrong charger and then the company wants to charge me hundred dollars for the full price of the part. I asked them to send me the return label and will mail them the charger as it is no use to me but they wanted me to mail them and pay.
A bad customer support company.
