I ordered a 550 power pack for my home computer. I ordered it 3 day post. It came in 4 days. It didn't work. I contacted the company via email and was given an rma # with instructions to return. I returned the part and only received part of my money back. The email below from the company says they will waive the restocking fee yet when they received the part they didn't.
