I thought I was paying for a service that Software HQ offers and clicked on the $19.95 for a month od service and to my surprise I saw a charge in the amount of $34.95. Tryed to contact over internet to get refund, these were down. I than sent an email to them and so far no action has been taken. I've also called their 800 number and again to my surpise they are closed but no machine saying till when or there hours... Hum. My bank, wellsfargo, tells me to try and resolve with them. Well how can you do that when you can't reach anyone. I'm currently unemployed and have to watch every penny, you think my bank would be on my side and help report scammers on the internet.
