On 8/29/08 while trying to download Adobe Reader I Goggled Adobe and clicked on what I thought was the official Adobe site. When I was asked for payment and my CC number I thought that was funny for Adobe, but went ahead anyway and gave the requested information and was charged $20.00, according to the information on the screen. When I clicked on download I was directed to the official Adobe site, where I again had to click on download to get the application. That was when I realized I had been had. I was really incensed when I looked at my bank account several days later to find out I had been charged $52.80. I called Software HQ and they totally refused to refund my money.
