I had been quite a long time client of AT&T (before they truly became AT&T). Up to about 4 years back I'd excellent DSL, Instant and telephone support. During the last 4 decades, my DSL link and instant web, mobile phone, and house phone lost connection.
After numerous telephone calls to support and assistance over these decades, and lastly being informed there is NO MEANS they'd have the ability to assist me restore connection, I chose to fall them-and opt for Timewarner Cable.
Today, I've fantastic web, telephone and Television connection. And also the functions That Point Warner presents are mind and shoulders above something that AT&T could supply. They've been extremely receptive, and not hesitated to deliver somebody out to modify the installation.
AT&T wasn't almost as attentive to installation problems.
