Coffee Outlet Dispicable Business Practices

First I would like to note I am not filing a report again Seattle Best Coffee, apparently Seattle Best Coffee has been confused with Seattle Coffee Direct and is receiving numerous phone complaints, etc.
Like many others I fell for the promotional advertisement for a free gift and trial period, which now we know was not really a free trial period or free gift considering the aggravation we have been put through.
I was slammed with 4lbs of coffee a week at premium prices for an inferior product. There was no invoice or something similar in the package when I opened them. If you open the package you cannot return the product. When I called to see what I needed to reference to return the product and get a refund, customer service said to just return the unopened packages and they will refund my $ and cancel my membership. Make the return, no refund.
Called customer service again, got apologies and a cancellation #, they stated would take 4-6 business days to process. Waited still no refund, called the 888.217. CAFE # and get the dead tone. Call 224.534.2233 # and talk to Steve in customer service who explains the refund was not processed because a Customer Service MANAGER did not approve and process the refund, only the MANAGERS can do this even though I got a cancellation #. Steve then transfers me to a Manager, the phone rang and rang, no one picked up and no voice mail, I stayed on for 2 minutes just to see what would happen. I hung up like they obviously wanted me to.
Called back the next day, the 224# now has the Peel Inc voice answering system with business hours, I keep calling all day and they are never open for business. I try the "speak to the receptionist" option, that receptionist has to be the busiest person ever because they never pick up and I am put into a general voice mail box each time. From other websites, I believe Peel Inc owns Seattle Coffee Direct and all the other "affiliated" companies at the same infamous Evanston, IL location.
I call the 888# and that # is active again with the Seattle Coffee Direct voice answering system. I pick the "wait for a customer service representative" option, put on music hold for about a minute, then dumped into a general voice mail box, no way out.
In paying my credit card I noticed a charge from Coffee Outlet, I never ordered anything from a Coffee Outlet, of course I suspect Seattle Coffee Direct is behind this. Apparently Seattle Coffee Direct and affiliated companies have been known to reactivate cancelled memberships under an affiliated company and begin their shenanigans again. The affiliated company does the exact same thing, you do your thing, and now your back to trying to get your refund, but now you're dealing with 2 different companies. Then the same thing will happen with a third affiliated company, I'm sure they would keep continuing with all their companies if they could. I was told because I did not actually order anything from Coffee Outlet, thus I did not authorize a charge, that this is an illegal/fraudulent transaction by the company. Great now tell me how to get my $ back.
Thru other sites I was able to find a Jeff Berman that supposedly works for Seattle Coffee Direct and supposedly of a management type. He posted a title and e-mail address, which I can't post here due to agreement with usacomplaints.com, but search his name with Seattle in the search line and he will come up in the search results. I e-mailed him, no response. I have my doubts about this guy as other posters from the site did too.
Obviously I should have done my homework and checked out the company first, because usacomplaints.com would have come up and saved me a lot of frustration, but like most I was confused by the brand name and thought this to be the reputable company, not the dispicable one. As usacomplaints.com suggested I have filed disputes with my credit card company, any help is better than nothing.
