I got this, which is a scam. Posted on craigslist.

I saw your ad titled: Nice graduate student looking for spring housing

I think I have what you are
looking for in santa barbara. My business is looking
for a manager on one of our developments. This entails keeping an eye on the
place and contacting our main office when any maintenance is required.in
return for helping us with this, the property is available with no rent for the
duration of your stay.
