For Holiday I got my 2 kids to Costco towards the AT&T - station to allow them choose their new telephones. The AT&T consultant offered my kids about the rim gem. I required insurance (simply because they were for just two KIDS) included the additionalis my boys desired and after 1 1/2 hrs later, we quit the shop. 30 days later my youngest boy dropped his telephone so when I visited the AT&T shop to possess it changed I had been not just informed that I never had insurance about the telephones but these to WEREN'T INSURABLE in the beginning. I'm so furious that AT&T who features on the site of ethics, ideals and managing clients with regard might misrepresent their items after which DO-NOTHING to assist right the problem. I'm really disappointed using their customer support.
