Upgrade issues

I purchased a phone app (Berry-Weather) for my Blackberry from Crackberry.com. A month later Mobihand.com, the parent company, issued an update to the Software and required an additional fee for the upgrade. I refused to pay and felt I was being RIPPED-OFF. Beware of dealing with this company.
