I purchased Muvee AutoProducer 5 more than a year ago. Recently, the internet site offered me a three week trial of AP6. I downloaded the trial software. As part of the download, the previous edition (AP5) was deleted. At the end of the trial, I was offered an opportunity to upgrade my AP5 to AP6.
This is where it got interesting. I devlined the offer and tried to install my previous software and was unable to do so. I contacted Customer Service at least 10 times. Mostly, I was given canned responses which had nothing to do with the problem I was having.
Finally I was informed that I was not in their data base and they nad no record of me. That, even though they sent me the upgrade offer (If i didn't have AP5 what was I to use to upgrade) and continue to send me newslatters and information.
I've given up. I liked the software but would never deal with this company again.
