I was using surfing the net and suddenly I couldnt carry on with what i was doing. A security tool wouldnt allow me to continue unless I brought the software. I tried numerous things to try an continue to use my pc, what it wouldnt allow me. I have virus software and did think it strange that i should have to buy another especially when it just suddenly appeared. I was so fed up with not being able to continue I purchased it and my pc was then back to normal function. When I checked my bank account the name Real Soft Gold appeared, I questioned who they were and was asked by my bank to check on google, which i did and found other users that the same thing had happend. I contacted them and with no question was told I could have my money back in 5-10 days. So thank you to all the other people who have lodged this fraud and helped me. I just wish there was a way this could be stopped completly and others dont have to fall for the same scam.
