Verizon may be the toughest telephone and web organization there's I said farewell to friend cost which is a good thing i actually did. The support is terrible my web kept heading out Iwould contact them-and obtain the run-around. I'd get handed down from operator to operator detailing my issue plus they might state hang on and move me to a different owner. I experienced this 12 times. I'd request a boss plus they were dumber than the providers. I changed to time-warner and that I not have an issue. Verizon smells.
