Chris Cobb (AIS) - OMNI Business Solutions / Resultzzs Anthony Feagin Deceptive Trade Practices used to commit FRAUD Saint George, Utah

After purchasing Chris Cobb's Automated Income Stream (AIS) with the 'Fast Track' option, I received a call on 10/7/09 from from a guy name Justin with Resultzzs asking me me 'how would you like to earn $5000 or more a month with their help... Etc... He sounded very genuine. He also asked about my financial situation, etc. After speaking to him for 20 minutes or so he got his 'Director', Anthony Feagin to call me back.

He guaranteed me that I would make $4000 - $5000 a month which would pay my credit card off the first couple of months. He also mentioned that they were affiliates of Chris Cobb because they do training for Chris Cobb's clients.

He then transferred me on to his 'secretary', Tierie and she read me some of the terms and asked me questions. At the same time, she emailed me the agreement.

Anthony Feagin was not happy when I called him the very next day, 10/8/09 in the morning to cancel and he was very abusive. He said the reason I gave for wanting to cancel was not true and it was "just about the money". And I was probably up all night "puking". He said I had agreed to everything in the contract and they had it on tape. He asked if I wanted to hear it: I said yes. But, Tierie was out of the office and he couldn't access the file on her computer (right!). He said he would call back so I could hear what was said - he never called back with the recording.

He called me a couple of weeks later and asked "where's the letter?" I asked him why didn't he tell me about my Right of Rescission and the three business days I had to send them a certified letter when I called on 10/8/09. He laughed at me saying "it's not my job to tell you what is in a contract you signed". Apparently, it IS his job to obfuscate the truth by simply lying about it to their customers! (so they won't send the certified letter within three days).

The LIES / THEFT were perpetrated by Anthony Feagin of Resultzzs (his real name?!? I doubt it?). The Chris Cobb (AIS System)/ OMNI Business Solutions / Resultzzs Scam/Fraud and Anthony Feagin LIED to me when I called to cancel out of the "Training". Using Deceptive Trade Practices he intentionally deceived me so I wouldn't send a certified letter within three days to rescind the agreement. He knows what he did; he even bragged to me "I've got your money and there's nothing you can do about it". You know what Mr Feagin, I don't need to DO anything about it. The universe is equipped with a Law called Karma. I KNOW you will get exactly what
is coming to you! Since I haven't received any "training" so far, you still have time to undo your crime/sin and refund my money.

Then a few days later, I received a call from Resultzzs training dept wanting to schedule a time for the 'Internet Marketing training course'. Mike Dean is his name, and he said he was not aware of my 'cancellation' attempts.

This is simply a scam: this Utah Telemarketing Call Ring! It gives me pause to trust anyone in the IM Industry. Except of course stand up folks like Jeff Johnson, Mike Filsaime, and Tim Godfrey & Steve Clayton (of Commission Blueprint), and most of all Jeff Walker, who refunded my money, no questions asked. One day, Karma will exact the true cost of the Chris Cobb / OMNI Business Solutions / Resultzzs lies / theft to all involved.

Letters will be going to the Consumer Protection Division of the State of Utah Department of Commerce, the State Attorneys General in Utah and Texas, the Federal Trade Commission and the Internet Fraud Division of the United States Department of Justice, bringing this DTPA violation to their attention.

I too would be interested in joining a Class to pursue these crooks, get our money back and put a stop to their fraud.
